Provision of data

Besides what specified for navigation data, the user is also free to provide personal data.

The provision of data for the purpose of requesting to be contacted or for requesting information is optional. However, failure to provide the data will make it impossible to fulfil the request or to use the services of the Data Controller.

Recipients

In order to fulfil the existing contracts or any purposes related to the same, your data will be treated by companies contractually bound to Radice Spazio Arredo S.n.c; in particular, your data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:

  • providers of services for the management of the information system and the telecommunication networks;
  • freelance professionals, studies or companies involved in the support and consultancy relationships;
  • operators of platforms for the provision of the above services (site hosting);
  • competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request;

The subjects belonging to the above categories may act as Data Processors, or they may operate independently as separate Data Controllers.

Transfer of data to a third country and/or an international organisation

The personal data provided are not transferred outside the European Union, or to international organizations.

Rights of the data subject | Complaint with the Control Authority

You may assert your rights as expressed in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679 by contacting the Data Controller at the following e-mail address: info@radice.it. You have the right to ask, at any time, to the Data Controller to grant you access to your personal data, to their rectification, cancellation and limitation of processing.

Furthermore, in the cases provided for by the law, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data, as well as to withdraw the consent previously given, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before withdrawal. You have the right to object to the processing based on legitimate interests.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or legal recourse, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the same EU Reg. 2016/679 you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (https://www.garanteprivacy.it/)

In the cases provided for by the law, you have the right to the portability of your data. In such instances, the Data Controller will provide you with a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Privacy Policy Amendment

The Data Controller reserves the right to change, update, add or remove portions of this privacy policy at any time at its sole discretion. In order to facilitate the verification of this, the notice will indicate the date of the update.
